Ramdoot Infra is a RERA-certified real estate consultancy based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, dealing in NMRDA-approved, RL-sanctioned residential and commercial plots across Wardha Road, Jamtha, Besa, Samruddhi Highway and other growth corridors of Nagpur. Real estate inventory changes frequently. The following points apply to all plot and project information shown on our website, brochures or during discussions with our team:
Plot sizes, pricing, layout numbers and amenities shown on the website are indicative and subject to change or availability at the time of actual booking.
Nothing displayed on this website constitutes a final offer for sale. A plot is only confirmed after signed booking documentation, payment of the agreed booking amount, and execution of the Agreement to Sale.
Layout images, gated-community renders and amenity visuals are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the final developed site.
A plot is provisionally reserved only after receipt of the applicable booking amount as communicated by our sales team, and is subject to written confirmation from Ramdoot Infra.
Balance payments must be made as per the schedule mentioned in your Agreement to Sale. Delayed payments may attract charges as specified in your booking/agreement documents.
Cancellation terms, refund eligibility and any applicable deductions will be governed strictly by the terms mentioned in your specific booking form or Agreement to Sale, as these may vary by project.
All our layouts are developed in accordance with applicable RERA regulations and NMRDA/RL approvals. Copies of relevant approvals, layout sanctions and title documents are made available to genuine buyers upon request, prior to booking. Buyers are encouraged to independently verify all legal documents before making any payment.
Where we assist buyers with bank loan or NBFC financing coordination, Ramdoot Infra acts only as a facilitator between the buyer and the financial institution. Final loan approval, interest rate, tenure and eligibility (including the commonly quoted 75–80% financing) are solely at the discretion of the respective bank or NBFC and are not guaranteed by Ramdoot Infra.
Site visits arranged through our team are provided free of cost. Visitors are requested to follow the safety guidance of our on-site staff. Ramdoot Infra is not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage occurring during a self-arranged visit to a site not accompanied by our team.
While we make every effort to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, Ramdoot Infra shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on website content, typographical errors, or temporary unavailability of the website.
Ramdoot Infra may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or applicable law.
